Give Feedback on How to Improve Life for NYC Older Adults

Fri, Mar 20th, 2015

According to the New York Academy of Medicine there are over 1 million people 65 and over living in NYC, and by 2040, this number is expected to increase by 40.7%. Soon, NYC will have more older adults than school-aged children. In response to this the Office of the Mayor, the New York City Council, and the New York Academy of Medicine partnered to create Age-friendly NYC in order to assess what is working and what needs to improve for our older adult neighbors throughout NYC.

Have your opinion heard and take this survey . The information that you share is important to help the City Council better serve its diverse communities and make our city’s neighborhoods more inclusive from the perspective of older adults.
