High-End Salon for 154 Vanderbilt

High-end salon, The Owl and the Pussycat, is slated to open in early Spring at 154 Vanderbilt Avenue between Myrtle and Willoughby. The new salon will be the first biz venture for British-born Stuart Fraser and his wife, who has years of business experience working at a top beauty house.

The space is the former home of The Bakery aka Krumbs, that closed a few months ago.
