Greene-Ville Garden Is Open For Biz!

How can Greene-Ville Garden which just opened up at 373 Myrtle Avenue extended their store proper out to about half of the sidewalk thereby narrowing the pedestrian throughtfare. Right now there is a public discussion about narrow passage for walkers a bit further down Myrtle Avenue (between Hall and Emerson), why is no one talking about this Greene-Ville taking over about half the sidewalk? They are not the only offenders in Green Hill so it's a good time to talk about when stores can extend their businesses out on to the sidewalk, to what extent and what is the public's position about reduced walkway.
