Flatbush Avenue Building Boom

Today's New York Post provides a good overview of what is reported as $3.1 billion worth of real estate construction taking place along Flatbush Avenue between the Manhattan Bridge and the Williamsburg Savings Bank building. The construction includes almost 4,500 residential units, 645,000 square feet of retail, and 190,000 square feet of office space. More details at the link.
