New Bike Lanes in the Neighborhood

The installation of new bike lanes on Willoughby, Carlton, and Washington Park, looks to be complete. The changes include modifying Carlton Avenue between Myrtle and Park to a two-way street, with a painted median and bike lanes in both directions.
