Myrtle Avenue Condos

The face of 111 Steuben Street (Myrtle/Steuben) is going up. This exciting new project will provide an additional 35 market-rate, 1 & 2 bedroom condos and about 7000 sf of ground-floor retail.

The architect for the project is Gary Shoemaker Architects PC and the Developers Group will market the units, which may be complete by late summer.

The project actually doesn't seem to have moved too quickly since Brownstoner posted it in late December.

any word on how the retail space is going to be used?

I think the retail space is a little too small for a good grocery store.
Maybe a smaller health food store?

Do we need another coffee shop? A starbucks??
There was a blog saying Brooklyn Industries would take a store there,
but I havn't been able to confirm this.
I think there is a sign up on the site now regarding the leasing of the retail portions of the project.
