What NOT To Do: Block the Bus

We've all been there before. You wanna get in and out of the bank in 2 minutes and figure you might as well just park in the bus stop.

Here's a result: a truck, two cars, and an ambulance forcing the bus to back up traffic and unload passengers in the middle of the roadway (which by the way happens everyday).

Is there any solution for this craziness?

Where are the traffic cops??? They just seem to be busy running red lights.
