A stone's throw from the industrial zone, and just off Myrtle Avenue, three buildings are going up at 103-107 Grand Street. We hear that each 4 story building will provide 8 (1&2 bed) units--24 condos in all.
The Developers Group will market the units but they haven't released anything yet. Stay tuned.
