If you spend time on Myrtle, you've surely seen the large hole in the ground at Myrtle & Clermont. This project is by BRP Development, and it proposes a 6 story building with 52 apartments, 15,000 SF of retail space, and 28 underground parking spaces.

The website states: "The architectural design continues the street wall of Myrtle Avenue at a scale that is consistent with buildings found along the avenue." We are especially hopeful for this type of contextual consistency because of the large footprint of the site.
