There's a new kid on the block.

This project is located at 541-543 Myrtle Avenue (Myrtle/Steuben) and is well on its way. It'll add 32 market rate residential condos (mix of 1 & 2 bedrooms), 7000 sf of ground floor retail space, about 800 sf of community facility, and underground parking.

We hope to have a rendering in about a month.

I agree with Roberta. A good supermarket is needed. The one that we currently have sucks.
