Bree's Gravatar Thanks for the heads up.Maybe you can tell me what is being developed at the location on Myrtle Ave off Washington Ave between the Liquor Store and Il Torchio Italian Restaurant. Also,is that leathergoods establishment going to be next door to the Polish Bar nail salon? When I passed Hall and Washington , the only new establishment I saw was the laundromat on the corner where the former chinese restaurant was.Or is the leathergoods place in the space where the old repair shop(bikes, shoes, vcrs, tvs, etc.) was?

jennifer's Gravatar Hi Bree:

Yes, the leathergoods place is next door the Polish Bar. It has construction fencing around it right now.

As for the space near Il Torchio restaurant, the owners are still in the process of deciding what to do. They also have a construction company, and have been extremely busy of the the past several months building out the commercial spaces that Joseph Tyler Salon and Il Torchio Restaurant now occupy. They have done a fantastic job!

Bree's Gravatar Thanks for your response. The retro cafe you mentioned.....is it on the corner of Classon and Myrtle. Someone posted a question on Brooklynian blog in regards to work being done on that corner but not knowing what it was suppose to be.
